How To Delete Windows Files

Hi James,

Exercise provide the states additional information to assistance you better with this issue:

1. Which version of Windows Live Mail are yous using?
2. Which type of E-mail business relationship are you using?

I advise y'all to repair Windows Live Mail service and check if it helps.

Steps:

1. Press Windows + x key to open a chore list from the bottom left corner of the screen.
2. Select Programs and Features.
3. Right click on Windows Essentials.
4. Select Uninstall/ Change, enter the credentials in User Account Control if prompted.
5. Click on Repair all Windows Essentials programs and follow onscreen instructions.
